Apple health xml to CSV converter (Jupyter Notebook)

A google collab Jupyter notebook for converting apple health export from xml to csv + a video guide on how to use it.

The difference from the existing libraries and products is that it captures the metadata: the names for particular foods you track in your food tracker and all the other.

I looked for something to extract the data to then send it to my friend's mum who's a nutritionist → didn't find it → made my own.
